* Harvest method:
100% handpicked in small bins of 15 kg.
Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with pistons at 26 -28ºC for 10 days. After 100% malolactic fermentation, 60% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months.
* Tasting Notes:
Dark red in color, rich black cherry aromas with hints of mint and vanilla. Full bodied, soft on the palate with a long finish.
Goes well with pasta, fish or chicken in a creamy sauce.
